The project begins by defining who will work inside the container, for how long and with which equipment. Occupancy, workflow, wet areas, storage and maintenance requirements directly determine the layout.
2. Selecting the right shell
A 20 ft shell suits compact solutions, while a 40 ft HC provides generous volume and space for services. As door, window and connection openings increase, reinforcement of the structural frame becomes more important.
3. Architectural and technical design
Layout, electrical, mechanical, ventilation and fire-safety decisions should be coordinated within one model. Services added later increase costs and make maintenance access more difficult.
4. Manufacturing and quality control
Cutting, welding, surface preparation, painting, insulation and interior lining are carried out under an inspection plan. Weather-tightness, door adjustment, electrical tests and visual inspections are completed before shipment.
5. Transport and site installation
The lifting plan, vehicle access, ground-bearing capacity and connection details are confirmed before arrival on site. Waterproofing and level adjustment at modular connections are critical to the structure's service life.
